Prudential currently has an opening for a Human Resources Generalist in
its Annuities business. Basd in Shelton, CT., this position will allow

client needs and changing times. As a Human resources Generalist, you
will build and meximize the efforts of the Annuities team. In exchange,

Key responsibilities of the position:
- Serve as a key business partner for sales and strategic account
management leaders.
- Drive the talent management agenda focusing on talent identification,
planning development and recruitment.
- Work with business leaders and staffing partners to develop highly
effective sales sourcing strategies and processes for attracting
experienced sales talent and identifying emerging talent pools.
- Develop and execute on-boarding, acceleration and development of new
sales leaders and sales professionals.
- Provide consultation and direction to leader on performance management,
succession planning, compensation, change management and organizational
effectiveness strategies.
- Identify work environment initiatives to increase productivity,
performance and employee satisfaction. Design metrics to track
effectiveness of these initiatives.
- Participate as a leader or member of project teams focusing on both
human resources and organizational wide initiatives.
- Leverage the expertise of internal business and human resources
expertise in conjunction with research and external best practices to
bring forth innovative solutions to difficult business challenges.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human
Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related business
degree.
- Minimum 10 years broad human resources experience.
- Strong consultative, collaboration and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build business relationships and effectively
interact with all level of leadership.
- Sound knowledge of change management philosophies and methods,
organizational design, project management, and executive coaching.
- Ability to set vision and direction by ensuring human resources goals
are aligned with business goals.
